All new applicants or current residents who want to cancel their housing must complete a housing cancellation form. To access to the form, log into the Student Portal and select the cancellation request form under housing forms.
Please fill out the spring housing cancellation request form that opens on November 1, 2018. Housing cancellation request are only approved for university withdrawal, internship/co-op, study abroad, transferring to another institution, or graduation.
Any housing cancellation request received during the semester is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request your cancellation and remember to follow the proper move-out procedures if you are moving out during the semester.
