Title: Some entire solutions of the diffusive Lotka-Volterra competition system

Abstract: The Lotka-Volterra competition systems are frequently used to describe the dynamics of biological systems in which different species interact and compete for some limited resources available in their habitat. In this talk  we consider the existence of entire solutions of the classical diffusive Lotka-Volterra competition systems. First, we recall some recent results on the spreading speeds for solutions of the considered models from literature. Next, we present the existence of two different types of entire solutions and completely describe their asymptotic behavior for large time  (both positive and negative).

The results presented in this talk are from a joint work with Dr. King Yeung Lam and Dr. Qiliang Wu.
