As a comet closely approaches, Dr. Dennis Bodewits will use the Hubble Space Telescope to track data to help scientists learn more about comets and apply this information to other comets. Read more about how this COSAM faculty is using three of NASA’s telescopes: the Hubble Space Telescope, the Chandra X-ray Observatory and the Neil Gehrels Swift Observatory.

Women were involved in every aspect of the competition at this year’s South’s BEST Robotics Championship at Auburn University. With components that include marketing, engineering and more, the competition attracts around 40 percent more women than similar robotics competitions.
