Meetings for the Graduate Student Council typically take place on the last Wednesday of each month while classes are in session, at 7pm in the Auburn University Student Center, Room #2223.

• Meeting times for the Fall 2011 semester:
  • August 31
  • September 28
  • October 26
  • November 30
• Meeting times for Spring 2012 semester:
  
  • January 25
  • Feburary 29
  • March 28
  • April 25

Each department's Senators are required to come to each meeting to properly represent their department's interests for the Council. Departments with absentee Senators risk losing funding for travel distributed by the Council.
