End of Summer Fun
Dear International Student,
You are invited to participate in some end of summer fun and relaxation. Fifteen minutes from Auburn there is a beautiful house deep in the forest with a small private lake and quiet paths to explore. There will be several possible activities from whichto choose.
Energetic people will be able to do a little “lake kayaking” or fishing; the socially inclined may want to play frisbee or volleyball. Or perhaps you just feel like resting and want to sit on the deck in the woods, talk quietly with a friend and watch the sun go down.So come on out, enjoy yourself, meet a new friend and make a memory. There will be something for everyone.
BUT…we only have room for 20 students. So don’t wait long! Contact Joanne to register at junshaw@yahoo.com. And let her know if you have a vehicle and are willing to drive…its only 8 miles from campus.

Time: 2:00-6:00 PM!Leave Auburn at 2:00 PM sharp!(Please arrive by 1:50 PM).
Meeting Location: Meet in the parking lot of the Hotel Conference Center across from the AU Library on College St.
Food: No food will be served…so bring your own snacks and water.
Location: About 15 minutes from downtown Auburn.
Transportation: Provided by car-pooling. So, if you are able to drive that would help.
Equipment: You may want to bring a portable chair and insect spray (if you have them).
Cost: Free!
