Karen Rankin provides divisional oversight and information technology support to all departments within University Outreach. Before joining University Outreach, she worked in the departments of Chemistry and Botany & Microbiology. Karen has degrees in Business Administration and Management Information Systems.

Vickie Jernigan helps provide IT support to departments in University Outreach as an Endpoint Support Analyst through TES. Before returning to the university in her current role, she was a User Support Specialist for Delphi Systems in Georgetown, Cayman Islands, as well as the Director of Technology at Lee-Scott Academy from 2007-2019 after retiring from the Auburn Office of Alumni & Development as an IT Specialist (Master) in 2004. Prior to joining the Alumni & Development Office, her long Auburn University career also included multiple positions in the Business Office and University Computing.
