Testing
The requirements listed below are only meant to be a
guide and an indication of a typical Kyu test. At the Sensei's
discretion you may be asked to perform any excercise or technique you
have been shown.

8th Kyu (Yellow Belt)
Kumite: Sanbon kumite.
Three step sparring. 2 trips up and back attacking face; 1st time,
defender counter attacks with a hand technique only; 2nd time, counter
attacks with a kick and a hand technique combination. Finally, 1 trip
attacking to stomach with any counter technique allowed.
