How To Submit?

Submit the article (preferred in .DOCX or .DOC), the Faculty Sponsorship Form (signed and saved as .DOCX, or .DOC), and the Submission Form (in .DOCX, or .DOC) as an e-mail attachment to the Editors at undgres@auburn.edu.


Submission Dates

Articles for the 2015 issue will be accepted through September 8, 2014.


General Guidelines

Articles should represent original work that embodies quality scholarship. For definition of "original work", see FAQs. Articles should be double-spaced, 12 pt font, with 1” margins. All pages should be numbered. Please see the Style Guide for more formatting details.


Eligibility

Articles must be authored by current Auburn University undergraduate students or students who have graduated within one year of the publication date. Secondary authors may be faculty mentors, graduate students, or other undergraduate students who have contributed significantly to the work. All submissions must have a faculty sponsor, who must complete the Faculty Sponsorship Form.


Review Process

Submissions will be initially screened by editors for quality and appropriateness. Those selected for further consideration will be distributed to reviewers with the appropriate expertise. Authors may be asked to revise contributions. Only those submissions deemed acceptable by the editorial board will be published.
