Leadership Team

Joshua Acosta is currently a Ph.D. student at Auburn University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology where his research focuses on the applications of judgment and decision making principles to the workplace. After graduating with an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia, Josh worked in management consulting as an organizational development analyst. Josh currently works for Strategic Management Decisions, a Press Ganey Solution as an intern where he assists in providing people analytics to organizations. Josh began working in the Office of Academic Assessment in the Spring of 2020. As a graduate assistant, Josh provides assessment support by assisting with the analytics and reporting of general education assessment by providing insights regarding student success at and beyond Auburn University. Josh and his wife, Rachel, are from Augusta, Georgia, and currently live in Auburn with their three dogs, Max, Cooper, and Rosie.
