Leadership Team

Stephen Kunzer is a Lecturer of Music at Auburn University, with a focus on tuba and euphonium. Enjoying a varied career, Stephen has performed with several orchestras, including the Tucson Symphony (AZ), Dayton Philharmonic (OH), Las Vegas Philharmonic (NV), Tulsa Symphony Orchestra (OK), Tulsa Opera (OK), Symphony of Northwest Arkansas (AR). He has also toured extensively with the acclaimed Dallas Brass Quintet and has performed behind some of the biggest stars such as Jennifer Hudson, Arturo Sandoval, Joshua Bell, Willie Nelson, and Carol King.

Stephen received his Bachelor of Music degrees from the University of Arizona and his Master of Music degree from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM). Stephen Kunzer has previously served on the faculty at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), and Oklahoma State University.
