Project Overview: The $26 million Central Dining Hall project will construct a 48,000 square-foot, 800-seat dining hall with reservable dining/study rooms and retail venue space. The dining/study rooms can be reserved by faculty, staff, or students and are intended to facilitate and continue critical conversations outside the classroom setting. Food stations are dispersed on two levels and offer a variety of dining options from salads and pizza to allergen-sensitive recipes. Construction will begin after the demolition of Allison Laboratory and is scheduled to be complete during Spring 2021.
