Quad Residence Halls Renovations - Harper & Broun Halls

Project Overview:
Phase I will renovate approximately 51,510 square feet of existing interior and exterior space located in Harper and Broun Halls. Program requirements include replacing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, upgrades to furnishings and fixtures, renovations to meet current ADA code requirements, replacing all windows and doors, and utility improvements to provide hot water.
