New Aum Residence Hall

Project Overview:
The project constructed a residence hall that houses 204 students in 54 suites. The general configuration of the housing units accommodates two or four students with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen unit. The facility sits on the western side of the AUM residential district. Construction also created a green space between the existing residence halls.
