Quad Residence Halls Renovation Phase 2: Teague & Little Halls

Project Overview:
Teague and Little Halls renovation will consist of replacing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, upgrades to furnishings and fixtures, renovations to meet current ADA code requirements, replacing all windows and doors, and utility improvements to connect the buildings to the campus hot water system.
