“While using the Hubble Space Telescope for two days to research Comet 46P, we were able to look at the comet’s water distribution, assess its chemical inventory and analyze the impact of electrons,” Dr. Bodewits explained. This year’s AMP'd (Auburn Mathematical Puzzle Challenge) will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2019, from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. Teams consisting of five to eight members of high school students will solve complex puzzles to win awards and have lots of fun. Find about more about this event.

“From day one, it has been amazing,” she shared. “I know a lot of people feel like COSAM is such a big college that you can get lost in, but I have found again and again that just making the effort to have those more personal conversations and connections helps so much.
