Chad Bailey Unit Technology Manager - Industrial Design Contact: 334.844.8804 bailetc@auburn.edu Background: Chad joined the industrial design staff in autumn of 2005 as the full-time manager of information technology operations in Wallace Center. Chad oversees all IT procurement, system management, and network infrastructure for the Auburn University Industrial Design Department. Prior to joining the department, Chad worked as a LAN Administrator for Total Systems Services, Inc. in Columbus, Georgia, where he provided support for over 1,500 Win2003 users across 3 buildings. He also maintained over 70 servers and 60 printers while managing the network switching infrastructure to include port-based IP trafficking, switch hardware maintenance, and switch software application management (EpiCenter).
