Health Supply Drive Underway Benefitting Rural Ghana, West Africa

Outreach Global and the School of Nursing are collecting donated health supplies for distribution in two rural communities in Ghana, West Africa. The supplies will be utilized at a free health clinic provided by the Outreach Global office in conjunction with the School of Nursing in the Cape Coast and Sekondi areas of Ghana. The initiative is part of Outreach Global’s African community Health Outreach and Wellness (HOW) program.

Items needed for donation include: latex free gloves, probe covered thermometers, blood pressure covers, eye and ear exam kits, cleaning wipes and other related clinical supplies.

Donations may be dropped off at the Outreach Global office, 116 O. D. Smith Hall, or at the School of Nursing Outreach office, 710 South Donahue Drive.
