High School Honor Band Application

  • The deadline for applications has been extended to November 27, 2022 at 11:59 pm. You will be unable to submit an application after this deadline.
  • Please fill out all parts of the application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  • Applications are not complete until the form below and your audition video have been submitted, the application fee has been paid and we have received an evaluation from your director. You will receive instructions to submit your audition video as well as a link to play the application fee after the form is submitted.
  • An email will be sent to your director with instructions to complete the evaluation, so make sure your director's email address is correct! Your application will not be completed until we receive your director's evaluation.
  • Please note: This is a competitive honor band; therefore this form does not automatically register you for the festival. Applicants will be notified when the final roster has been posted on our website. Accepted applicants will need to submit a release form and a $65 participation fee at that time. Please do not send us the $65 participation fee until your acceptance has been confirmed.

(Any working email address is acceptable to use for your personal email address, however.) If your director doesn't have an official school email address, make sure to provide a valid school phone number at which your director can be reached, and please add a note in the "Experience" section of your application. Applications without valid contact information for a band director will not be considered, as a director's evaluation is required for acceptance to the festival. Thank you for your understanding!
