NSF: An Overview From Within

On Thursday, April 24, Biological Sciences Professor Geoffrey Hill will give a presentation titled, “NSF: An Overview From Within.” Hill, who is currently the division director for Integrative Organismal Systems, the largest division in the Biology Directorate at the National Science Foundation, will detail his experiences working at NSF. Hill's presentation will focus on understanding how NSF is structured and operates, and how these characteristics provide the key to winning research funding. While Hill's experiences are specifically in the Biology Directorate, the general principles he will discuss apply to all of NSF. The event is open to all Auburn faculty and will take place at 2 p.m. in 115 Sciences Center Classrooms Building.
