Details: COSAM Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs (ODMA) Ambassadors are hosting a showing of The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks followed by a discussion on Feb. 22 at 5:30pm in SCC 115. In honor of Black History Month, the ODMA Ambassadors will be continuing their movie night series with a showing of The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks. This film brings to light issues of race, class, and ethics in scientific research. Come join us to learn more about this story and enjoy a lively panel discussion that will include scientific research experts! Free popcorn and drinks will be provided! |
