AU Raptors and Remembrance

Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, through the AU Raptor Center, is in ongoing conversations to participate in two national America 250 commemorative events. These include the burial of the Congressional Time Capsule in Philadelphia and the dedication of the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library, an event anticipated to include the U.S. President. While participation has not yet been confirmed by event organizers, both programs have requested a ceremonial, gloved eagle appearance rather than a flight demonstration.
