SPRING COMMENCEMENT INFORMATION |
General Ceremony Information:

All ceremonies are held inside Neville Arena and include the commencement speaker, conferral of degrees, recognition of students with academic honors, and student procession.

The Graduate School ceremony (all Ph.D. and master’s students) will be held on Friday, May 3.

All undergraduate ceremonies will be held on Saturday, May 4 and Sunday, May 5.

Commencement Ticketing:

Tickets are required for all commencement ceremonies. Tickets are free and only issued by the commencement office.

All graduates planning to participate in commencement must reserve a student ticket.

To ensure a fair and equitable process, all graduates planning to attend the May ceremonies may reserve up to six guest tickets.

In addition to the allocated six guest tickets, graduates may request an additional two guest tickets in addition to the six guest tickets. Additional guest tickets are not guaranteed and will be allocated based on availability.

Ticket reservation will open on Monday, February 26, at 11 AM and close on Thursday, March 21 at 11:30 PM.

Regalia Orders:

Regalia (cap and gown) is required for all commencement ceremonies and can be purchased through the Auburn University Bookstore.

To order regalia for early pickup, orders must be placed by Monday, February 26. Early pickup will be held from March 25 - March 29 from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

The final deadline to order regalia is April 1. If an order is not placed by April 1, graduates can purchase regalia for a $25 late fee and may be subject to limited size availability.
