Transportation:

Auburn’s campus is about 110 miles from Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson airport (ATL). Groome Transportation (334-821-3399) offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport several times a day.

The airports in Columbus and Montgomery may appear more convenient, but you usually have to change planes in Atlanta, and the trip is longer. Moreover, Montgomery’s airport is almost as far away as Atlanta’s. You can also fly into Birmingham International. Often flights into Birmingham are cheaper than into Atlanta. None of these airports provides a scheduled shuttle service into/out of Auburn.

• The Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center

Please mention the conference. Reservations MUST be made by 02/21/2016; any reservations made after the cut off date will be subject to current hotel rates and availability.  This is the most convenient being about a quarter of a mile from the Mathematics Department.

• Holiday Inn Express Auburn University
  2013 South College Street; Auburn, Alabama 36832; call the hotel directly at 334-502-1090 or 800 HOLIDAY to make reservations; Rate $99.00 per room, plus tax, per night. Reservations need to be made using the group code SRA to get the discount. Holiday Inn set the cut off date for 2-29-16; any reservations made after the cut off date will be subject to current hotel rates and availability.
  

• There are some other hotels in the general area, but they are either farther away or booked out for some event. The University Inn downtown is a low-cost option.

Parking at Auburn University:

Parking passes can be obtained from Auburn’s parking services for Friday. Parking is free on Saturday and Sunday.
