Title: From One-dimensional to Infinite-dimensional Data Analysis

 

Abstract: In this talk, I  will provide a broad view of the nonparametric regression models with plenty of real data examples. We start from the simple linear regression model with one-dimensional data  and move to the nonparametric model with two-dimensional spatial data. At the end,  some regression models for the intrinsically infinite-dimensional data  and the promising deep neural network algorithm will be presented.
