Department of Defense - SMART Scholarship Workshop

Meet with the University Liaison of the Department of Defense SMART Scholarship Program!

The Department of Defense (DoD) Science, Mathematics, And Research for Transformation (SMART) Scholarship-for-Service Program offers students pursuing a degree in STEM a full scholarship, annual stipend, summer internships, and guaranteed employment at a DoD lab or facility upon graduation. Join some of the world's most talented and innovative scientists, engineers, operations researchers, and mathematicians by joining SMART! Students pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s or Ph.D. are eligible to apply during the application period (August 1 - December 1). During the information session you will hear about the overview of the SMART Scholarship Program (Eligibility, benefits, application process, and timeline) and the civilian employment opportunities with the Department of Defense. Afterwards there will be time for Q&A.
