Sarah Ferguson

Sarah Ferguson is the Administrator for the Auburn University Bands.  

Ms. Ferguson earned a Bachelor of Music Education degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, where she served as principal saxophonist for the St. Olaf Band, and played in various chamber and jazz ensembles.

She joined the Music Dept. in 2008.  Prior to working at Auburn, Ferguson was the sales manager for a leading pro shop and online retailer dealing in musical instruments and accessories.  Previously she taught 5-12 instrumental music in rural Indiana.

At Auburn, she has received the Spirit of Excellence award and has been named the College of Liberal Arts A&P Employee of the Year.  Ms. Ferguson maintains a small private piano studio and enjoys playing saxophone for the East Alabama Community Band.
