Isabelle Couvillion is currently a PhD student in Auburn University's Industrial Organizational Psychology Program. Isabelle is a part of Dr. Fan's Individual Differences, Training, and Assessment Lab. Her current research is focused on workplace competencies, machine learning, and workplace boredom. Isabelle received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama and her master's degree in psychology from the University of New Orleans.
