Kendall McGoey is currently a doctoral candidate in Auburn University’s Industrial/Organizational Psychology program. Kendall is a part of Dr. Jesse Michel’s Work-Life and Organizational Effectiveness (WLOE) Lab. Her current research is focused on burnout, workaholism, and the work-family interface. Kendall received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University, where she was a student in the Honor’s College and worked as a research assistant in Dr. Rachel Smith’s Diversity and Employee Well-Being (DEW) Lab. Kendall began working for the Office of Academic Insight in the Summer of 2021, where she assists in the data analytics and reporting of general education assessment by providing insights regarding student success at and beyond Auburn University.
