Auburn University Common Book Program - Student Involvement Page

To celebrate all the ways you can be involved in the Common Book Program community, we are partnering with Athletics to offer priority “Bee Line to the Front of the Line” access to a football game. Up to 10 winners will be the first ones into the student section for the Texas A&M game on November 23rd.

This priority access will be raffled off to Auburn University students who participate in events. You can earn entries into this raffle by sharing social media posts with the hashtag #AUCommonBook for each event you attend, activity you participate in, or review of the book itself. Social media activity can be pictures, videos, stories, or thoughts shared on Facebook, Instagram or X/Twitter. The deadline for all social media posts is November 4th. Winners will be selected at random and notified via the social media account where they posted.

Some potential post ideas can include a picture showing you reading the book, your review of the book, a picture of you and your friends at the movie screening, a video your book club made, or your experience meeting the author.

You can earn additional raffle entries by participating in two contests:

The Sustainability Essay Contest:

Respond to one of three writing prompts tied to the themes of The Music of Bees. Sponsored by University Writing and the Academic Sustainability Program. Review the details and submit your essay here.

Deadline is October 1, 2024.

The AU Bees Valentines Logo Contest:
