COSAM IT delivers unified technology support for students, faculty, and staff at the College of Science and Mathematics. COSAM IT collaborates with other departments, colleges, and Office of Information Technology (OIT) to advance the academic and research mission at Auburn University.

Our Services:

COSAM IT uses Beyond Trust Powered by Bomgar to provide fast on-screen technical assistance. Remote assistance is available wherever Internet access is available.

System Patching:

  • System Updates are scheduled for the 3rd Friday of each month between 5PM - 10PM

  • Planned update notices are sent out 2 business days prior to maintenance window

  • Emergency or Critical Updates will be completed when necessary

  • For critical needs, please call us at (334) 844-5712. Leave a voice message if no one answers, voice messages are automatically routed to Support Technicians.

  • NOTE: COSAM IT has moved to Leach Science Center, room 0173.  Our new location is now within the secure research space in the Leach Science Center basement. A telephone is next to the vending machines by the first-floor elevator to call us when you arrive. Access to the basement is locked and will require one of us to meet you on the first floor. We encourage you to make an appointment with us before visiting us.
