Poster Session Instructions

 The poster session will take place on Saturday, January 21 from 3 pm - 4:15 pm. We can accommodate posters of 48″ by 36″. Individual sheets that are assembled into posters will be acceptable. Posters should be set-up by 1 pm Saturday, Jan 21 and taken down by 5 pm. Poster awards for the top 3 presenters (gift cards and certificates) will be announced on Sunday at the closing session at 12:00 pm.

Judging Criteria will be based on equal weight to the following categories:

• Overall aesthetics of the poster (impact and visual creativity of display)
• Graphics- do the graphics convey information effectively?
• Introduction- clarity of background and motivation
• Methods- Is there sufficient information to understand the research that was completed?
• Results- Are the results sufficiently explained?
• Conclusions- Were the main conclusions summarized adequately?
