Travel Support

We aim to make CUWiP financially accessible to everyone. All meals and accommodation during the conference are organized and the costs are met by CUWiP. You do not need to book or arrange hotel accommodation on Friday or Saturday night. Travel to the conference is usually paid for by your home department. In cases where your own department, or other sources, have emailed you that they cannot cover the cost, there are funds available to provide travel support to the conference so no one has to miss out on CUWiP for financial reasons.

By Friday, December 2, 2022, please complete the travel support application form to apply for the travel support and the travel support form, including the email correspondence from your home department or school that they cannot support your travel to CUWIP 2023.

Travel costs will typically be reimbursed after the conference. Before you book a plane ticket, or any other travel ticket costing more than $100, you must first receive advance permission prior to incurring the cost. Significant costs which are not pre-approved may not be reimbursed. For more information on the process to access those funds, please visit our application page.

For any additional questions, please contact cuwip@auburn.edu
