- Reimbursement Procedure
- For non U.S. citizen visitors, the host needs to fill out a payment/reimbursement request form first (please use Chrome to open). This form will be used to determine what additional documentation may be needed for each visitor depending on their visa status.
- The visitor then needs to register as a vendor. The instructions can be found here.
- All receipts (flights, local transportation, meals, etc) should be submitted via email to Mr. Stanley Spence sds0012@auburn.edu.
- Shuttle Service from ATL to Auburn
- The shuttle can be booked through Groome Transportation.
- Please book the shuttle as early as possible. An unofficial instruction can be found here.
