Thinking About Joining Auburn OIT?

Auburn University's Office of Information Technology endeavors to provide impeccable service to all parts of the university and campus community. We recognize that as a unit, we are only as strong as our members, so we aspire to strengthen our existing staff as well as invite new staff members who have a desire to help us achieve that goal. Please click through this website to see if Auburn OIT is the right fit for you. And if you're ready to apply, you can view a list of Auburn OIT's open positions here. A Spirit of Excellence

Information Technology is often easy for the rest of the campus to overlook, but it doesn't stop our employees from striving for excellence. Thankfully, Auburn provides a program that allows that excellence to be recognized and celebrated. The Spirit of Excellence program allows people from across campus to nominate employees that have gone above and beyond the call of duty, and up to 4 employees can be selected as winners each month. OIT is proud to claim several Spirit of Excellence winners each year, and we always look forward to recognizing them at our meetings.

A Meaningful Environment

In addition to university events, OIT tries to recognize and provide enjoyment for just our staff. From potlucks and ice cream socials, to quarterly meetings and training opportunities, OIT strives to create an environment that has open lines of communication and is enjoyable. And even outside of formal OIT events, it's not uncommon to see staff members go for walks or enjoy lunch breaks together. Our aim is to make OIT a fulfilling place to work, both in accomplishments and in relationships.
