LeiAnna Mann is a Sr. Systems Analyst who oversees the management of security, third-party software, platform lifecycle/development, and process design coordination for the Salesforce Team. Within the Salesforce Team, under the Provost Office, Mann supports the Salesforce Functional Admins, OIT Technical Teams, and other academic units that utilize Salesforce. Using strategies that include Agile methodology and Development, Mann provides scalable best practices towards ensuring that the Salesforce teams continue to facilitate high-quality deliverables.
Prior to the Provost’s Office, Mann served as a Senior Program Manager for Synovus Financial, where she served as a technical resource and project/program leader for Security Infrastructure, Application Development, Wholesale Banking, Credit Risk, eChannel/Digital, Marketing and Communications and various other teams. Mann holds several technical certifications, including a Salesforce Administrator Certification, Salesforce Platform Builder Certification, and Salesforce Platform Developer Certification. Mann also holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology.
