Lori Sewell serves as the Interim Associate Director of Information Technology for the Office of the Provost. Simultaneously, Sewell oversees the campus-wide implementation of Salesforce, Auburn’s CRM, as the Enterprise Systems Architect for the Office of the Provost. Working directly with colleges and units to promote the strategic sharing of data, Sewell is responsible for facilitating data-driven advancement and solutions. Before the Provost’s Office, Sewell was a data analyst and Manager of Salesforce Administrator and Data Administration at the Harbert College of Business from 2016-2019. In this role, Sewell helped establish the Data Department for the college and was responsible for the implementation and assessment of the college-wide CRM.
Sewell completed her undergraduate degree at Auburn University in 1999, and a master’s in information systems in 2020. She also holds graduate certificates in Cybersecurity Management and Business Analytics and certifications as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant, and Pega Certified Business Architect.
