Leadership Team

Elizabeth Strickland recently joined the Auburn First team as a Student Success Coordinator. Elizabeth received her bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising and her master’s in Family and Consumer Science Education from Auburn University. She also completed a second master’s degree in Educational Leadership Administration at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina. She has 17 years of experience in the classroom providing instruction for middle school and high school students. As an educator she has learned the importance of creating a positive pathway forward for young adults that will contribute to their future success. She is excited to do just that with the Auburn First program. Elizabeth lives in Alexander City on Lake Martin. She enjoys spending time with her husband John and three children Zach, Olivia and Carson.
