Faculty reference

Dear Faculty Colleague: We request that you provide a reference for your graduate student applicant for a COSAM Travel Award. We know your time is important, so this form should be simple and quick to complete. Please understand that a quality reference is a great help to your student.

You will receive an email to complete the reference form after your student submits their application. If you do not receive this email, or would like to submit your reference early, you can do so at the link below.

Late applications cannot be considered.  The faculty reference letter is due at 4:45 pm on the due date listed in the table below.
