General Information
- Please review the key information in your acceptance email for accuracy and reply by email with confirmation of acceptance and any corrections by July 15, 2024. If no confirmation is received, the program committee will assume your participation and that the accuracy of the information as provided from the proposal is correct.
- All presenters must register for the symposium by Sunday, July 28, 2024. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a QR code that will be used for check-in at the symposium.
- Presenters are encouraged to check in at the registration table in advance bring their own presentation handouts, laptop, or tablet device. Laptops and tablets will not be provided. Internet access will be available via AU Wi-Fi only. Speakers or sound amplification for any video or audio clips will not be provided. Presenters are responsible for printing their handouts (5-10) and are asked to be prepared to respond to attendees should they desire an electronic copy of your presentation. Also, presenters are asked to be prepared to provide contact information and/or relevant outreach program or project website to attendees for future contact and/or for more information.

Poster Session Presentations details
- All poster presentations should be 36”x48” and can be either landscape or portrait orientation.
- Both the graduate student poster session and the faculty/community partner poster session will take place in Terrace Room.
- Numbered signs with QR codes for evaluation, will identify where posters have been assigned for display.
Plenary II RoundTable Presentation details
- To help manage noise levels during roundtable presentations, Plenary II will take place in both Legacy Ballroom and Oak Room.
- Tables 1-7 will be located in Legacy Ballroom, and Tables 8-13 will be located in Oak Room.
- Please refer to the conference program to find your assigned table.
- Numbered table tents with QR codes for evaluation, will identify where presentations have been assigned to take place.
