Is this a first offense?

Yes:
- FLM Scheduled

FLM Held
- Agreement Reached (move to bullet item 7)
- Agreement not reached (move to bullet item 3 through 6)

No:
- Charging party notifies student of intent to report the alleged violation (move to bullet item 3 through 6)

Yes:
- Charging party reports alleged violation using online reporting form
- Charging party / accused student receives email from Provost’s Office
- Charging party and accused student choose if they want a FM or CH and submit availability
- Move to Option 2 - Facilitated Meeting or Option 3 - Committee Hearing
- Outcome Letter Emailed
- Academic Honesty Process Complete
