Captain Caleb D. Parks is the Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies and Recruiting Officer, Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) Det 005, Air Force Education and Training Command (AETC), Auburn University, Alabama. In this capacity, he instructs junior level courses on leadership, supervision, mentoring, ethics, and professionalism. He has the responsibility for recruiting, training, mentoring, and preparing cadets to become Air Force Officers while upholding high standards of physical excellence, military aptitude, academic distinction, and personal wellbeing.
Captain Parks received his commission as a second lieutenant through the Reserve Officer Training Corps at Michigan State University in 2019. Prior to this assignment, he led the development and management of a $4 billion foreign military sales portfolio for 2 critical international partners. He interfaced with Department of Defense, Major Commands, international partners, and the defense industry to synchronize FMS implementing agency actions across AFMC, working to counter increasing global adversarial aggression and threats.
