Term Grade Roll Schedule
Spring 2026

| April 27 - May 3 | Grades rolled at 12 noon and 12 midnight |
| May 4 | Final grades due by 9:30 PM |
Once a faculty member submits the grades for a course, those grades must be "rolled" to academic history before they can be viewed by students. Please, note that grades will be rolled and available for viewing based on the above schedule.
Registration Waitlist Information
Waitlisting for Summer and Fall 2026 courses will begin on April 6. Students who receive an invitation to add a course from the waitlist must follow the directions in the waitlist notification email to accept the seat within 24 hours.

Any waitlist notifications that have already been sent will still be given the 24-hour window for students to register. | May 14 at 4 p.m. – Waitlisting for the fall term is turned off for the duration of Camp War Eagle. Any waitlist notifications that have already been sent will still be given the 24-hour window for students to register. |
| July 21 at 8 a.m. – Waitlists (and student positions on the waitlists) that were turned off before Camp War Eagle will be restored as registration reopens. | |
| August 19 at 4 p.m. – Waitlisting for the fall term is turned off. Any waitlist notifications that have already been sent will still be given the 24-hour window for students to register. |
* Fall 2026 undergraduate registration will reopen following Camp War Eagle on July 21 at 8 a.m.
