Under the Office of Equal Opportunity Compliance, the Civil Rights Investigations Unit is committed to upholding a safe, fair, and equitable campus by ensuring compliance with federal and state civil rights laws. We conduct prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations into reports of discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, and retaliation. Through our investigative work, we strive to promote accountability, protect individual rights, and foster a culture of respect and integrity within the university community
