2014 TEA Students and Mentors
Six students were chosen for 2014 and they are listed in the slide with their mentor.
The TEA Program was established to raise the level of enthusiasm of both high school students and their teachers for careers in science. This is done by inviting student-teacher pairs to Auburn University AU-CMB laboratories and, with guidance from AU-CMB/NSF EPSCoR faculty, providing hands-on research experience during a residential three week period for students, June 1 - 20, 2014 and a residential one week for teachers, June 15 - 20, 2014. The program will expose teachers and students to experimental exercises that they can take back to the classroom.
