Chemistry Graduate Student Receives Women's Chemist Committee/Eli-Lilly Travel Award
Congratulations to Jessica Krewall, a graduate research assistant in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, for receiving the Women’s Chemist Committee/Eli-Lilly Travel Award from the American Chemical Society.
The award aims to help female chemists who are presenting for their research for the first time at a major conference.
“Though I have been able to attend a number of regional conferences in graduate school, my trip the ‘Enzymes, Coenzymes, and Metabolic Pathways Gordon Research Conference’ at the end of this month will be the first major conference I've attended in graduate school,” Jessica explained.
