Barbara Tuomisto Kronk ’65 Leaves Legacy through Endowed Scholarships
Auburn University College of Sciences and Mathematics (COSAM) alumna Barbara Tuomisto Kronk passed away on January 7, 2020.
Barbara earned a B.S. degree in Laboratory Technology in 1965, the same year she married Dr. Michael A. Kronk ’67 (Veterinary Medicine). Upon his passing in 2009, Barbara established scholarships for Auburn University students in his memory. The Dr. Michael A. Kronk Endowed Scholarships in the Colleges of Sciences and Mathematics, Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine provide tuition assistance and leave a legacy for future generations of Auburn University students.
