More than three billion birds migrate across North America each year. Whether you are a seasoned watcher or you are just getting started and are looking for expert advice about what birds might be in your yard this spring, this is your opportunity to hear from Emma Rhodes at a Science Café on Jan. 25 at 6:30 p.m. at Well Red.

Rhodes, a doctoral student in Auburn University’s Department of Biological Sciences, can help you understand more about bird migration.

“Sharing my migration knowledge and research to the public is a passion of mine,” she said. “I encourage people of all ages to come out and enjoy learning about the amazing feats of bird migration.”

The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service states that more than 45 million Americans are birders.

Don’t miss this chance to spread your wings and learn about bird migration.

Science Café events are hosted by the Office of STEM Outreach in the College of Sciences and Mathematics at Auburn University.
