As a unit engaged in such varying efforts, it is especially important that we come together to strengthen our employees, our campus, and our community.
Every year, OIT works to make several training and personal growth options available to employees. This year was heavily impacted by COVID; however, every OIT employee took some form of training. Very popular offerings were with Human Resources and LinkedIn Learning. Many employees took technical training opportunities with vendors online, attended virtual user groups, conferences, and meet-ups.
Many members of our staff had the opportunity to serve the military by stuffing boxes for the holiday and wrapping care packages.
