2021 AMROA Winter Conference
December 9-10, 2021
The 2021 Winter Conference of the Alabama Municipal Revenue Officers will be held December 9-10 at The Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center.
The theme of this year’s conference is “Turning Revenue Streams into Tides of Success in an Ever Changing World”. Topics being addressed at this year’s conference include; report from Commissioner of Revenue, Governmental Tax Analyst Certification Program, RSA changes in employee retirement, report from the Tax Tribunal, Legal and Legislative Updates from ALM, Organizational Values and Building a Resilient Team, revenue trends and emerging trends during COVID, Emergency Preparedness, and other valid and relevant issues.

Parking
Valet and self-parking options are available. The valet team is taking extra precautions with the use of steering wheel and gear shift covers in all vehicles. Valet parking is available for $15 per night or guests can self-park in the Auburn University parking deck for $10 per night.
Reservations
A special overnight booking rate for conference participants is being held at $134 per night (plus taxes and parking fees).
The DEADLINE for booking hotel reservations is Monday, November 8, 2021.

Registration/Cancellation Rule:
Provided that space is available, online enrollment constitutes registration. Written or email cancellations, received 15 working days prior to the beginning of the program (on or before November 18th) will be honored with a partial refund of the registration fee, less an assessed administrative fee ($50). Late cancellations or non-attendance are non-refundable, and payment is expected in full. Substitutions can be made at any time.
