Admission Requirements
Minimum P2P admission requirements for our in-person program include the following:

Admission to Southern Union State Community College.

Legal resident of Alabama in accordance with Auburn University’s residency policy.

Am unweighted 2.75 high school GPA OR a 3.0 college GPA (12 credits or more) OR 23 or higher ACT composite score.

Eligibility for ENG 101 and program-specific math requirement*.

Eligibility of intended AU major for Path to the Plains.

Receipt of complete P2P application by deadline – including attached unofficial high school transcript and unofficial college transcript, if applicable.

Applications to join Path to the Plains in-person program in a fall semester are open during the prior February and close near the beginning of March.

Applications to join Path to the Plains in-person in a spring semester are open the prior mid-September and close in mid-October.
